Treatment Directory Listing Amendment
You can make changes to your online listing and/or magazine listing by completing the online form.
In order to gain access to the form you will need to quote the reference number that appears at the bottom righthand corner of your basic online listing (eg Reference: 4840) and you will also need to quote the access key that relates to this entry. If you do not know, or have forgotten, your access key please contact David Leonard at david@addictiontoday.org.
When you access the form it will show the information currently held/published. Simply overtype anything you wish to change or delete anything you no longer wish to appear. Leave all other information as it is. When you submit the amended form it will be approved by ARF, usually within a couple of working days. Changes to the online listing will then be immediate. Changes to the magazine listing will take effect from the next issue, provided that they are received before the "booking deadline" for the next issue (you can download a media pack, including booking deadlines, from http://www.addictiontoday.org/addictiontoday/media_pack.html). Otherwise, change to the magazine listing will take place with effect from the following issue.
Please check your amended entry a couple of days after submitting changes to ensure that the results are as you wished.
