We are a specialist GP practice working with a drug using population. We have a significant volume of child protection and children in need cases. We are looking for an experienced professional with social work or addiction nursing experience to co-ordinate our response to these cases. The successful applicant will lead on the issue within the clinical team and represent the team at Core Group meetings, ICPCs etc. This is a novel role and the exact function of the appointee will depend on their personal skills and interests.
We envisage that this would be a part-time job for 20 hours per week spread over at least 4 days.
