We are seeking motivated and experienced part time sessional counsellors/ therapists to join the therapy team in our residential alcohol treatment centre which provides detox, stabilisation and rehabilitation services.

Candidates must be qualified to degree level or above in counselling and psychotherapy, psychology or mental health nursing and must have a detailed knowledge of addiction treatment and aftercare.

Duties and responsibilities will include the delivery of individual and group therapy, psychosocial interventions, motivational support and case management and coordination duties. Candidates must have previous professional experience of the substance misuse or dual diagnosis field and must have an extensive knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy models. A working knowledge of the Minnesota model is preferable.

A vacancy has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced senior nurse to manage our small nursing team and to take a lead role in the further development of the nursing service. Hours of work are 5 day-time shifts per week. The applicant should have at least 2 years experience in the management of patients with substance misuse. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in management, including audit. Leadership and decision-making skills and an understanding of the Clinical Governance aspects of nursing care are essential.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and Sales and is directly responsible for management of the marketing and intake departments for a nationally recognized drug and alcohol treatment center.

The National Director of Marketing will be responsible for growing census, increasing national presence, building the professional referent base, development and implementation of the annual marketing plan and must be available for regular travel.

Candidates will have a bachelor degree or above in a related field, have a minimum of 5 years experience in management and business development in the addictions and mental health field, as well as knowledge of the intake and admissions process. An understanding of pain management is a plus.

Candidates will be highly personable, motivated and possess excellent
written, communication and leadership skills.

This position provides oversight for all clinical programming, quality management, clinical training and supervision, and requires excellent management and administration skills.

Candidates must be a licensed Ph.D., Psy.D., LMFT or LCSW. This position
requires five to ten years of management experience in a clinical inpatient setting. Knowledge of integrated treatment and co-occurring disorders is a must.

This position reports directly to the CEO/Founder of Safe Harbor. Safe Harbor and Safe Harbor's Capella is an eighty-two bed facility located in Costa Mesa, California. Safe Harbor provides a continuum of care for women with chemical dependency and trauma issues.

The Executive Director will oversee all operations and work closely with the CEO. The Executive Director will be responsible for maintaining and building census, all budgetary concerns, compliance and quality control, overseeing the therapeutic milieu and building relationships within the industry. Candidates will have a Master\'s Degree in a related field, at least five years of management in a clinical, psychiatric or hospital setting and five to ten years of experience in the field of chemical dependency.
