We are now looking for a Clinical Manager to run our outpatient clinical services including a 12-step Day Programme, an Evening Programme and a dual-diagnosis service. Responsibilities include overseeing of all clinical services, management of a small team of counsellors and volunteers, clinical supervision, clinical development and the allocation process. The right person will be a qualified counsellor with some management experience, who has the ability and knowledge of a wide range of clinical models, or the willingness to learn new approaches to the treatment of addiction.

We are looking for a part-time Keyworker/Addictions Counsellor to work in our mixed gender abstinence based Residential Rehabilitation Centre. Duties include; care planned counselling, one to one sessions, therapeutic groups and workshops. The ideal candidate will have NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and counselling skills Level 2 minimum. Group work, presentation skills and experience of working in the drug and alcohol addiction field are preferred. Good communication, people skills and computer literacy (MS Word, e-mail and internet) is essential. A full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.

This will include some Bank Holidays and out of hours on call averaging six weeks over the year this year. The employer will consider less qualified or experienced candidates who are willing to undergo further training.
